Boilers, one of the most important elements in heating systems, play a major role in the efficient use of energy. The data we use when calculating efficiency for boilers are flue gas emission values and surface temperature losses. We calculate the efficiency of boilers by taking flue gas measurements from boilers and thermal measurements from the boiler surface with calibrated devices in our TÜRKAK accredited laboratories. In this way, we determine the costs of the measures to be taken and calculate the payback periods in the most accurate way.
In order to use energy efficiently in industry, combustion efficiency is measured with a flue gas analyzer in boilers or furnaces. In addition, thanks to its sensors, NO, NO2 and SO2 parameters, which concern environmental factors and cause air pollution, are measured. The results that will shed light on efforts to reduce these emissions are presented in a report.
Energy losses in the installation of heating and cooling systems arise from insulation deficiencies. We detect energy losses in your installation with our thermal camera calibrated in a TÜRKAK accredited laboratory. We determine the cost of these energy losses and, in case of insulation, current costs and calculate payback periods.
