Meter reading involves determining the amount of energy consumption for billing purposes. It encompasses the duty of meter readers visiting locations where meters are installed, reading the meters, and delivering resulting bills to customers. Additionally, meter replacement, notice distribution, and meter disconnection/reconnection procedures are carried out within this scope.

As SETAŞ, we partnered with GDZ EDAŞ for six years at various locations, employing up to 600 team members to conduct meter readings and disconnection/reconnection tasks.
